The HAWK HART Configurator & Loop Indicator provides a practical, field-mounted interface for commissioning, configuring and monitoring HART-enabled instrumentation directly from the process loop. By combining remote HART communication with a configurable local display, it eliminates the need for dedicated handheld communicators during routine setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Installed directly into the 4–20mA HART loop, the unit offers full access to configuration parameters, diagnostics and process variables for HAWK Senator Free Space Radar and Centurion Guided Radar transmitters (CGR, H80, S60, S80 and S24), while also supporting Generic HART communication with compatible third-party devices. A non-HART version is also available, providing a versatile programmable 4–20mA loop indicator for standard analogue instrumentation.
The high-visibility backlit LCD presents process values in a range of selectable formats including engineering units, loop current, bar graphs and HART variables. User-configurable alarms and status indication enable operators to quickly identify abnormal operating conditions, making the unit suitable for both everyday process monitoring and field maintenance across a wide range of industrial applications.
