Gladiator Acoustic Switch – a failsafe solution for the complex demands of the mining and minerals industry. For a switch technology to work in this environment, it needs to be self-cleaning and not affected by high dielectric moist service conditions. As the acoustic transducers pulse a pressure wave is developed that removes buildup and moisture from the face of the operating diaphragms. We size the acoustic transducer to the degree of difficulty for the service in the chute. Maximum range is 65 meters (213ft).
